Reiki Healing

We live in a world of energy that nourishes and maintains all living things. When energy flows uninterrupted there is balance and harmony within and around us; we experience a sense of well-being. When the energy is interrupted and does not flow, the body is stressed and in pain and needs emotional support.  Reiki can be beneficial in circumstances that are short term, but can also support people dealing with long-standing conditions, helping to bring comfort and a more positive outlook.  Reiki encourages emotional release and the unlocking of suppressed feelings.  

You do not have to come with a specific problem, many clients come on a regular basis just for some special relaxation time. This is a wonderful way of keeping on top of your own energy health. The relaxing nature of Reiki can be very helpful to people especially at difficult times in our lives. We can all feel overwhelmed or disconnected, sometimes there is a real sense of isolation, both emotionally and spiritually. Reiki treatments brings feelings of peace, centeredness and an ability to cope better with the challenges of life. 

To reap the optimum benefits of Reiki it is advisable to start with 3 consecutive sessions (preferably weekly). You can then book in for monthly Reiki top-up appointments for consistent wellbeing. 

Treatment

• Treatment is given by placing my hands gently on your body (or above your body if you prefer) in a pre-determined sequence of hand positions; a few minutes each.

• The hand positions are non-intrusive and cover both the front and back of the body and are sometimes varied to support areas where it is specifically needed.

• The touch is gentle, light and comfortable; there is no massage or manipulation.

• You may feel sensations such as heat, tingling and/or coolness. Many people experience a sense of wellbeing and relaxation, or even fall asleep; sometimes a treatment is energising. There is no right or wrong way to experience Reiki.

You may wish to enjoy your sessions of Reiki Healing with the added benefit of crystals to enhance the energies. I work with Archangel Metatron who merges with my energy and the reiki energy to create an extra depth of healing. I am also given insights regarding your health.
